内容简介：本片向您讲述一种噪鹛鸟的故事, 自1919年法国传教士在中国东南那个秀美的小县婺源最初发现之后，80余载没人在野外再见到过它。
科学家们想知道这种鸟在野外是否还在，又或是生境的剧变使它已从发现地消失。 七年苦寻，2000年它终于被再度发现。
 野外研究继而揭示这种噪鹛目前仅存150只左右，在与人类社会极为贴近的地方营巢，犹如在寻求人类之庇护以求繁衍。
 这种鸟曾被称为黄喉噪鹛、现称靛冠噪鹛，它无疑是中国乃至整个亚洲最稀有的鸟之一，并由此被归为世界极危鸟种。

导演简历：郑忠杰，男，江西电视台都市频道副总监，从事新闻工作的二十五年，曾跨越地球三极采访拍摄，荣立过二等功。2006年荣获第七届长江韬奋奖。近年致力野生动物的拍摄，其创作的动物纪录片曾获大奖。

Brief Synopsis：
This film is to tell you the story of such kind of a laughingthrush bird, originally discovered by a French missionary in 1919 at Wuyuan, a small county with beautiful landscapes in southeastern China, then, for the next 80 years, nobody could have ever seen the bird in the wild again.
   Scientists want to know if the bird is still occurring in the wild, or, it is already extinct due to the rapid change of habitats around the locality that once the bird was found.  After seven-years field searching, in 2000 the bird could finally and virtually get rediscovered at Wuyuan.
   More field studies reveal that that laughingthrush is currently in such a small population with some 150 birds only, using tiny area of habitats and being so approximate to people and human communities when nesting, as if they are actively seeking for a safer harbor under our species for breeding. 
This bird used to be considered a race under the Yellow-throated Laughingthrush, now split and renamed the Blue-crowned Laughingthrush.  It is doubtlessly one of the rarest birds in China and even in whole Asia, and therefore listed by the BirdLife International a Critically Endangered bird species over the world.
