　　Brief Synopsis: An Island Calling explores the background behind a double gay murder in Suva Fiji that occurred in 2001. Fiji Red Cross Director John Scott and his Kiwi partner Greg Scrivener were macheted to death in the name of God by a young indigenous man. John was part of the Scott family, one of the islands' most powerful European-Fijian clans. An Island Calling tells a post-colonial tale of a nation deeply divided along tribal, class and ethnic lines.

　　Filmography: Annie Goldson has been producing and directing award-winning documentaries for the past 20 years.
