内容简介：2039年，整个地球都处在高温炙热中。由于预计到地球将日益变暖，地球上的储水量急剧减少。于是人人都为了弄到几滴水而挖空心思。有人收集泪水，有人将自己排出的尿液过滤饮用……终于有人因无法忍受高温和缺水的折磨，偷偷泡澡后惨遭告密而锒铛入狱。影片以夸张的手法讲述未来缺水的痛苦预言。由此引起人们对水资源节约的重视。

导演简历：从事演员和导演职业已经超过十年,他参演过契科夫、莎士比亚……最后他终于说服自己要实现多年的梦想：拍电影。
首先，他尝试执导广告拍摄。然后，在2006年，他独立执导制作了第一部短片《表演精神》。随后他执导《水荒》这部影片开始让各种电影节和专业人士对他的作品刮目相看。
现在，尤里安•斯伯里在演艺事业方面仍有所追求，他已经完成了第三部短片《正中脑门》拍摄，在该部关于贩毒的侦探故事影片中，由尤里安•斯伯里担任主演。

Brief Synopsis：January 2039. The earth is stifling.
Due to predicted global warming water is now thin on the ground.
Everybody comes up with their own trick to get some drops. One collects his own tears, the other filters his own urine to drink it… until that one of them, disregarding the interdiction to use taps, decides to have a bath !
But, in this new world, nerves are on edge, and nobody can escape from neighbours' looks…

Filmography：Actor and theater director for more than 10 years, he worked on Tchekhov, Shakespeare… before to convince himself to realize an ancien dream : to do movies.
First, he tries one’s hand on directing fake advertisings.
And it’s only in 2006, that he directed his first short movie, entirely self-producted, « Acting spirit » - story of an old actor who realize that he wasn’t born on « the right side of the Atlantic ». 
But it’s with « Râ », still self-producted, that festivals and professionals begin to consider his work.
Today, at the same time he’s leading his actor’s career, he’s finshing his third short movie « Right in the head » - a very dark detective film about drug dealing, in which he’s also playing the main part.
